What is Gashtify?
Gashtify is built around a simple idea: better AI needs thoughtful human judgement. The platform brings together people with different areas of expertise to work on model evaluation, training examples, and feedback.
Who is this work for?
People who can think critically and explain their reasoning. Different projects may call for programming experience, language fluency, scientific knowledge, writing ability, or other subject expertise. Each project sets its own requirements.
How can I join?
Contributor access is by invitation. Explore the expertise areas, prepare an interest summary, and email it to admin@gashtify.com to discuss your experience and interests.
What does an AI training task look like?
A task might ask you to compare two model responses, check a solution for errors, write a challenging question, or explain how an answer could be improved. The task brief gives you the criteria to follow.
Do I need to be an AI researcher?
Not for every kind of task. Many tasks rely on expertise in a subject rather than experience building models. You should be able to understand the brief, apply your knowledge, and explain your judgement.
Can I use AI tools to complete a task?
Follow the instructions for the specific project. Some tasks may allow certain tools, while others need your independent judgement. Do not assume that a tool is permitted when the brief does not say so.
Are projects or earnings guaranteed?
No. Project availability, eligibility, workload, and compensation depend on the project. Any live assignment should state its scope and terms before you choose to take part. This website does not offer guaranteed earnings.
Where do I sign in?
Follow the access instructions in your invitation. For help with an invitation or workspace access, email admin@gashtify.com.
Where does my interest summary go?
Your summary stays on the page while you prepare it. Choose Email summary to open a draft addressed to admin@gashtify.com, review it, and send it from your email app. You can also download or copy it.
Can an AI team discuss a project?
Yes. Email admin@gashtify.com to discuss your training or evaluation needs. The AI teams page also helps you prepare a project brief to email, download, or copy.
What should a project brief include?
Describe the model behaviour you want to improve, the subject expertise needed, your evaluation criteria, and the scope of the work. Include only information you are authorized to share.
